Centro Didattica Talenti is looking for different professionals with these characteristics:
- Teachers graduated in primary education sciences and specialized in Gifted Education and Talent Development, with at least three years of service in the school;
- Teachers graduated in various disciplines and specialized in Gifted Education and Talent Development, with at least three years of experience in secondary school;
- Psychologist and psychotherapist registered in the register of psychologists, trained in the clinical evaluation of surplus / high potential, with at least three years of experience in the field;
- Pedagogists and educators (graduates) specialized in Gifted Education and Talent Development;
- Biologists, amateur astronomers, mathematicians, documentary makers, philosophers, linguists, chemists, writers, in short, all graduates in various sectors (those who have specialized in a discipline and continue to deepen / study / do research / practice)

The professionals of the Talent Education Center, in addition to possessing pedagogical, didactic and content skills, believe in the culture of talent. Therefore, they promote a common mission which is to discover one’s own and others’ talents, to encourage the sharing of talents in an educated way and respecting all diversities, through kindness; develop everyone’s talents.
All the activities of the Talent Education Center are mainly online, so all professionals must have excellent technological skills. In addition, every professional must possess these qualities:
